About Karen
Hi. I’m Karen Goddard and I would love to be your real estate broker/Realtor®. Here’s a little bit about me. I was born in Bishop, California and have lived in the Golden State most of my life. I started selling real estate in 1988 working for a new home builder. I sold new homes for 6 years and this is where I learned the ins and outs of home construction, builder upgrades, builder financing, and design center visits. But, the most important thing I learned was the satisfaction of helping turn a patch of dirt into a neighborhood. I received my real estate broker’s license in 1994 and started my own real estate office with 17 agents. After 16 years of the entrepreneurial life, I determined that, while running a real estate office is very satisfying, directly helping families like yours find their dream home is where my passion is. I’ve been at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Troth Realtors ® for over 14 years.
