During the home buying process, Cliff provided so much useful guidance and niche information (catered to our long-term goals/strategy) about specific neighborhoods and houses that allowed us to calibrate our budget, expectation, and decision-making. It took a few months and many viewings, but Cliff was extremely patient, courteous, and diligent in getting us the info we needed about each property. When we ran into issues with our 1st lender, Cliff was able to quickly get us connected with an alternative lender and provided additional guidance on how to navigate the entire situation, resulting in us getting the loan needed. From viewing properties, putting in offers, funding, and closing, Cliff gave excellent and honest guidance and was always going to bat for us!
